Data Analysis & Organisational Consultancy

Our organisational consultancy service can carry out an independent assessment, produce reports with detailed recommendations, and present findings to staff and management. We can conduct face to face interviews, focus groups and telephone interviews as well as IVR and online surveys. Our approach is to work with you to identify how to gain the feedback you need and develop a structured approach.  All feedback data will be compiled and analysed in a written report.  An independent perspective is often helpful in communicating the findings from an information gathering exercise and we will present the report and facilitate discussions with all stakeholders in your organisation.

Transcription & Reporting service

If comments are being recorded over the telephone and these require transcription, we can categorise and transcribe comments according to your criteria.  We can also summarise survey data in a regular monthly report if you are collecting feedback on an ongoing basis.

Advocacy Index & Benchmarking service
