Our free demonstration takes just a couple of minutes to complete and takes you through the three main aspects of the Opinion-8 survey platform.

1. Telephone based survey

A brief telephone based survey accessed by a free-phone number. The telephone survey is an example of the kinds of questions you might like to ask your customers. Questions are answered using the buttons on your telephone, and recorded comments can be left.

2. Web-based survey

The second part of the demonstration is an example of how you can get feedback from your customers using the internet. You can answer the questions using any internet-connected browser and type in free text comments if you wish.

3. Online reporting

The final part of the demonstration shows you the results of the survey you have just participated in, and allows you to try out Opinion-8's powerful online reporting tools. Reports can be easily created using our range of options and graphs for visual illustration.
