Capturing customer comments: Verbatim reports


Verbatim spoken comments can be left by customers and employees if you would like to get more detailed information about any particular issue.  Any comment left is recorded and available immediately to listen to, transcribe and analyse online over our secure website.

Verbatim comment reporting

  • Reports can be done on the total number of comments, or on any subsection of comments left. 
  • Comments typed in via the web survey can be seen immediately online
  • Comments left on the telephone (IVR) are available to listen to at the click of a mouse

Transcription of comments

  • Comments left on IVR surveys are easily transcribed.  A text box is attached to the recording so you can type in as you listen to the comment, and attached this to the survey.  All transcribed comments can then be viewed online. 
  • We also offer a transcription service whereby we do the transcribing for you.
